Today is the International Day of Yoga… and even more important the Summer Solstice - the longest day of the year. Isn't that incredible more than 17 hours of day light. Make this day special for you, experience it fully, enjoy it and find what feels good for yourself.
I woke up today (unusually early for me) with the thought for a nice yoga practice on the rooftop. Such an amazing way to start the day. Because starting the day on the right note will defiantly help you make better choices throughout the day and will make you more positive and give you peace. My way to do that is yoga. Yoga has given me not only health and body benefits but also It has been the strongest path in my life thus far that has encouraged strength, discipline, self-love, and possibly, most important, grace: grace in movement, grace in breath, grace in the true beauty that exists when I allow the yoga to unfold authentically with form, function, and presence.
Yoga is a process of becoming more aware of who we are. Everything we do can become yoga if it is done with awareness. Awareness is the key to discovering all the mysteries of who we truly are. Yoga reveals the luminous intelligence and the beauty that lies within us.
