Metallics

Just because winter is in the air, doesn't mean that we should  bring with it dark and boring winter wardrobe. Instead we could trade it for something shiny and bright - like my favorite lately silver and metallics. I know some people think that metallics are hard-to-pull-off into the every day look, but thats not necessary true. You could embrace the metallic trend and make it look easy and even sophisticated.
A shiny metallic clothing piece will underline your individuality. You can go for a metallic top, statement pleated skirt or metallic shoes, nail posh, sexy shiny clutches, etc. If you want to underline your sophistication, then you should go a little deeper and try on metallic dress, suit, or even coat. The result is going to be a very strong look that is both dramatic and voguish. The only important rule that you have to follow is do not go overboard. One metallic piece is the perfect accent of your look, combine it with something simple and neutral.
Today I'm sharing with you two of my favorite looks from the trend… I hope you will like it ;)
Look I - A silver  bomber with flowers embroidery on the back, which  I combine with a plane navy blue sweater, crop jeans, velvet cross body bag and navy block heels.
Look II - A show-stopping pleated skirt (I love this skirt so much, I gotten tons of compliments every time I wear it ;) ) which set it up with that soft and cozy oversized distress sweater and a velvet booties and cross body bag ;)

Incredible India Part II

After few amazing days in New Delhi my little journey continued to Jaipur. The “Pink City” (it’s actually coral) it so incredibly beautiful that takes your breath away and makes you fall in love from the moment you see it… How unbelievable was riding an elephant, going up the hill to the spectacular Amber Fort, or walking in the glorious City Palace... Such an amazing vibes in that dazzling city. The pink streets are so vibrant and memorable -camels, elephants, rickshas and tuk-tuks are usual parts of the street traffic...where else you could see that?!? I'm so impressed and taken with Jaipur so I'm sharing with you a few pictures, hoping that you could feel even a tiny bit of my experience.
…  After a few days there we were on our way to Agra with the most magnificent Taj Mahal…. ah The Taj Mahal.. the most beautiful and impressive thing I have ever seen so far… But all about it in the next post ;)

Incredible India Part I

I have wanted to go to India for such a long time. And when that finally happened I was beyond excited.
India gave me exactly what I expected and even more - from atmosphere and culture… to taste and rhythm and I can’t wait go there again.

In my everyday looks during the trip I wanted to represent the vibe of the country, but through my personal sense of style (kind of mix of modern, oriental and hipster). And it kind of made it natural that most of the clothes I brought with me was from "Free People". I love there styles and the way they feel, and they absolutely got my idea of looks for that trip. I also got some stuff from Zara and H&M. The jewelry was very important part from the looks like aways, but special for India they were absolutely necessity. Most of my statement jewelry I got from Forever 21, because they had exactly what I needed and on a very good price. (Under every picture I’ll give you details and link of the clothes and accessories ;))

India is breathtaking and absolutely incredible if you have the right eyes to see it. It’s different than anything I have ever seen. It’s also a very controversial place and if you want to find something you don’t like and to be shocked that won’t be too hard as well. But you should take it for what it is, the way it is and how it is and love it for that. I think that I came back from this trip a different person. Every minute brought me a different experience and emotions which changed a little parts of me…. From riding a rickshaw through one of the oldest and busiest markets in Old Delhi - Chandi Chowk, to admiring UNESCO’s Human's Tomb set and it’s stunning gardens or "speeding" on the hectic streets of New Delhi with the cutest, small Tuk-Tuks ...

... to be continue...

The Magic of Fall

As we are going deeper into the Fall season the colors are still as warm and amazing as in the beginning of the season but slightly going from orange and red into gold… the leaves on the trees are getting less then the ones on the floor, the weather is getting colder, the days shorter…
There is something so magical in this season… little pieces of magic in the crispy sound of the leaves on the floor, in the aroma of pumpkin spice latte and even the chills from the northern winds… It maybe the coziest season of all.
… And what cozier then a soft sweater and the woolen coat… ah and velvet… just velvet...
That amazing autumn plaid coat is by American Apparel the boyfriend jeans are Zara and that absolutely gorgeous navy velvet boots and bag are also by Zara (here and here)…

Let me know what you guys think...
