Holidays Style Guide

It’s beginning to look a lot like Christmas, everywhere around…

Are you ready for the Holidays? Did you buy all the gifts and set up your look for the special night? If not I could help you with the second one ;)
For me Christmas is a very special day. It’s something about it that always warms up my heart. And trust me that’s not the gifts under the tree. It’s the whole spirit in the air… the lights, the decoration, the holiday’s songs. It’s all about joy, happiness and a good time with your family and loved one. I usually start my Christmas preparation right after Thanksgiving and love every single part of it :)
My Christmas looks are always classy, stylish and elegant.  As a tradition everything is in the details - my preferred materials will be velvet or lace… and my color choices (as predictable that could be) are inspired by the christmas tree -  of course red or green…

For your inspiration I will share with you 3 of my picks for the Holy night implying all my favorite elements.

First look: It's the ultimate french classy style - red dress; barrett; leopard shoes and clutch for a little edge (I always love the combination of red and leopard) and a black soft-feel scarf to bring together the whole look...

Dress by Maje; Shoes - Nine West, Bag - J.Crew and the scarf by Zara

Second look: It's a tender velvet and a lace fairytale. Dark green, velvet midi dress with lace on top of a flirty lace turtleneck top and a suede stiletto shoes and bag. Red lipstick for a contrast ;)

Velvet dress by Zara, lace top - Free people; shoes by Vince Camuto and beg by Moda Luxe.

The Third look it's a little more playful a long-sleeved flared dress with a retro-style lace and my favorite pockets; black tights and a block heel suede booties.

The dress is by Maje; Boots - Wild Diva and the bag is by Moda Lux.

On The Streets of New York City

Hey guys today I’m sharing with you that little project that we did together with my friend and amazing dancer - gorgeous Amanda. She helped me to present in the best way that romantic, french inspired look.
I saw a similar look with an oversized sweater on top of a lacy slip dress on a Givenchy window about a month ago and I got so in love with it. That’s why I was so pleasantly surprised  when the other day while I was browsing in Zara for something simple, cheap and cute I saw this sweater dress with the lace in the bottom. It reminded me of that window look so much.
I decided to combine it with a bit of grungy shoes to go with the oversized sweater and a romantic french beret to correspond with the dreamy black lace. I think that the bag is the element that fully blend everything in the look with its modern, urban take of the emblematic Parisian mesh bag and interior pouch in black velvet. This Sonia Rykel bag has been my favorite lately. My necklace is actually a black rope choker that I decided to unfold and play around with it.
